My Ice Cream is as good as any you can find in the area, maybe better?

Some places that claim quality still cheat.  They use mix with less cream and cheaper ingredients.  It may have whey in it and corn syrup is used to sweeten it (because it is cheaper).  A lot of folks wonder why mine tastes better.  I insist on a mix sweetened with pure cane sugar.  It leaves no aftertaste.  Nothing can replace sugar.  Hey, if corn syrup is so good, why don't you put it on your corn flakes in the morning.  nope, not me either, so why should I use corn syrup in my ice cream and my bar-b-que sauce.  Sugar costs more and it's worth it.  Sugar doesn't give that "sticky" taste to ice cream.

EAT until you drop.  Put everything on it.  Dare to compare.  Some ice cream places come out with pre-scooped ice cream, bring 4 or 5 toppings, no hot fudge or hot caramel, and you selection is limited to that.  Hey, just o nuts for 15 minutes and eat all you want.

VANILLA.  There is no vanilla like it.  You cannot buy it at the grocery store.  You can taste the difference.  It leaves no aftertaste, like imitation vanilla does.  It does not have that fake yellow color in it.  True vanilla ice cream is not the color yellow.  Vanilla is actually brown and it does not color ice cream yellow.  It should look silky white.  Vanilla is like coffee and there are special flavors to it depending on where it is grown, and what quality bean it comes from.  Don't get fooled again by fake yellow color and that terrible aftertaste.

I HAVE great hot fudge and hot caramel....find better....i dare you.  I refuse to use cheap fudge and caramel.  The final taste proves it.

HEY, we come out to your place and scoop ice cream for you.  That means you are not limited to choosing a pre-scooped cup.  maybe you want a little vanilla, chocolate and butter pecan along with hot fudge and oreos and pecans.  No problem.  Some ice cream stores bring out 5 toppings.  Big Deal.  You get what you pay for.  Hey we scoop it for you, and then you help yourself.  To all the toppings you care to add.

ALL YOU CAN EAT

HEY, have you ever eaten an ice cream cake with cake in it?  Why does it taste like chalk?  Well, cake does not taste good when it is frozen.  Ice Cream must be frozen.  I make ice cream cakes with layers of creamy homemade ice cream, fudge, caramel, nuts, candies and all kinds of ooey and gooey things to delight your taste buds and no super sweet icing.  I guarantee you will never find a better ice cream cake anywhere.  If you do, I will buy it for you.  Call me for various sizes sizes and competitive prices.  Please note that some folks call an 8 x 11 size a half sheet.  My half sheet is 10 x 15 .... all ice cream.  That means you get 62 square inches more of ice cream alone, not to mention the weight difference.  They put cake in it because it is easier and cheaper.  I make them the way that I do, because they simply taste better.

You judge.
